Announcement from Department Of Veterinary Services (DVS): Live Implementation of ePermit for DVS in Perak

Dear Valued Customers,

We refer to the attached letter from Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) Perak, Ref. No: Bil (52)JPV.PKI/160/55 dated 9 January 2012 which is self-explanatory.

We are pleased to inform that LIVE implementation of ePermit for Department Of Veterinary Services (DVS) in Perak will commence 15 January 2012.

The National Single Window (NSW) Document Based Charges, for ePermit of RM5.00 (excluding Government Service Tax) for every approved permit will take effect on the same date. Rejected permits will not be charged. The charges will be billed to all users on a monthly basis by Dagang Net.
