The charges will be billed to all users on a monthly basis by Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd.

We refer to the attached letters from Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority (FAMA), Ref. No: FAMA/RE/KW100-4/1 (11) dated 14 October 2011 and Ref. No: FAMA/RE/KW100-4/1(9) dated 29 September 2011 which are self-explanatory.
Please be informed that all Forwarding Agents are not required to register with the eSijil 3P system by FAMA that commences 17 October 2011.
Registration is compulsory for Importer and Exporter only. However if the Forwarding Agent is a direct importer or exporter of agriculture produce, they are required to register with the eSijil 3P system.
In addition, we would like to advise your members to read the letter from FAMA on Certificate of Conformity (COC) to Director General of Royal Malaysian Customs for their understanding.
In conjunction with the live implementation of Online eSijil 3P on 17 October 2011 and enforcement of Certificate of Conformity (COC) on 1 November 2011, we would like to strongly advise all importers and exporters to immediately register with the eSijil 3P system by FAMA from NOW at http://www.e3p.fama.gov.my.
Therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to seek the Forwarding Agents assistance to remind their importers and exporters to register before 1 November 2011. Early registration will ensure smooth operations of the importation and exportation of all agriculture produce.

We refer to Royal Malaysian Customs (RMC) letter, Ref No. KE.HE (-)060/17/(16) dated 6 October 2011 which is self-explanatory.
In addition to the earlier announcement on National Budget 2012 made by Royal Malaysian Customs (RMC), business is as usual for all RMC stations nationwide.
However for duty payment involving Customs 1 (K1), Customs 2 (K2) with duty and Customs 9 (K9), all RMC stations nationwide will not accept duty payments and release of goods from 4.00 pm until 6.00 pm on the stated date except for personal hand-carried baggage and belongings and perishable goods.Thank You.

We are pleased to inform you of the implementation of the online eSijil 3P system by FAMA that commences 17 October 2011.
All importers, exporters and forwarding agents are advised to register with the eSijil 3P system before the implementation date.
All charges related to the usage of the online eSijil 3P system will take effect the same date.

We refer to the attached letter from Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd dated 30 September 2011 which is self-explanatory.We are pleased to share with you that we have received our International Organization for Standardization – ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Certification from SIRIM on 15 September 2011. The certification is in accordance to statement of applicability version 1.0 (3 May 2011) with the following scope – ‘’Information Security Management System (ISMS) for the Protection of Information Under Dagang Net IT Infrastructure”. Apart from the ISMS, the certification provides a model for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and continuous improving information security management function.
