Announcement from Department Of Veterinary Services (DVS): Live Implementation of ePermit for DVS in Pahang

Dear Valued Customers,
 
We refer to the attached letters from Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) Pahang, Ref. No: Bil(30) dlm.V.PHG K-386 dated 25 August 2011 and Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (Dagang Net), Ref. No: CRM/NRO/USR1108-082 dated 5 September 2011 which are self-explanatory.

We are pleased to inform that LIVE implementation of ePermit for Department Of Veterinary Services (DVS) in Pahang will commence 15 September 2011.

The National Single Window (NSW) Document Based Charges, for ePermit of RM5.00 (not including Government Service Tax) for every approved permit will take effect on the same date. Rejected permits will not be charged. The charges will be billed to all users on a monthly basis by Dagang Net.
